The University now has an ADA coordinator
Dr. Linda Hubbard Curtis has been appointed as the University’s coordinator for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Dr. Curtis will also continue as the director for the Center for Teaching, Research, and Leadership in the Office of Academic Affairs.
Some of Curtis’ key responsibilities as the coordinator include overseeing the University’s programs and responsibilities as it relates to ADA as well as coordinating the University’s policies and procedures relating to persons with disabilities.
Curtis earned her bachelor’s degree in music and a master’s degree in guidance and counseling from North Carolina Central University. She obtained a Ph.D. in educational leadership and special education administration from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
